ABOUT THE RING

Our current wrestling ring was commissioned from scratch in November 2022 from Monster Ring in Kentucky. It comes complete with a black canvas, black apron skirts, black ring ropes, and black/white reversible turnbuckle pads that won’t clash with your promotion or event’s color scheme.

We have ring steps to make getting in and out of the ring a breeze for your roster, announcers, officials, and other guests.

And outside the ring we have ringside mats for the safety of your roster in the event the action spills outside and barricades to help keep the action from spilling into the audience.

RING SIZE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ringside area
    • 16′ x 16′ wrestling ring
    • Ringside mats 8′ x 4′ per panel
    • Total ringside area is 24′ x 24′
  • Ring floor is 3′ from the ground
  • Ring posts stand at 7’4″ tall
  • Suggested clearance is no less than 13′ from floor to ceiling for indoor events

  • Sound System
    • 4 speakers with 3000 w amplifiers
    • 2 Shure wireless microphones
    • Computer input via 1/8″ input jack
    • 1 Sound technician
  • Entrance truss with Curtains
    • 8 ft aluminum arch truss
    • Generic royal blue curtains
  • Lights
    • 8 LED spot lights controllable by sound or DMX
    • Lights to go on Entrance truss
    • 1 Light technician
  • Steel Cage
    • Steel cage for 16′ x 16′ wrestling ring
    • (8) 8′ x 8′ panels to sit on the ring apron
    • Additional ring crew for steel cage assembly

WHAT HAPPENS ON THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT?

  • We will show up 3 hours before your doors are scheduled to open
    • Our ring crew unloads the truck and sets up the ring
      • First, we set up the frame
      • Then, we lay down the wood flooring
      • Then, we tighten the ropes
      • Finally, we dress the ring with our canvas and ring skirts
    • Ring set up usually takes about one hour
      • Our sound system, entrance truss, and cage will take extra time. We will quote you on additional time, if needed
    • If your event calls for ring barricades, our team will set those up for you
    • The extra time we have gives us enough time to run safety checks

  • At the end of the event, our ring crew is ready to tear down quickly and efficiently
    • Our ring crew strikes down the barricades and ring and preps for a quick load out
    • Once the ring is torn down, our ring crew quickly and safely loads our truck
    • The break down process usually takes about one hour for the ring
      • Our sound system, entrance truss, and cage will take extra time

  • We are not responsible for sweeping or cleaning your venue
    • We will do the best we can to reset the area the ring was in is left as we found it.
    • We will not take responsibility to sweep or clean areas for spectators or talent, including but not limiting restrooms or locker room areas.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

Our primary rental schedule are Saturdays and Sundays. We do offer weekday rentals but these rentals will incur a higher rate. All dates are subject to availability.


HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Our home base is Long Island, New York. We have done rentals in Nassau and Suffolk Counties of Long Island, New York City, Downstate New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

We own our own 20 foot commercial straight truck (box truck). We keep our costs lower than everyone else because we do not have to rent a U-Haul truck to do business with you.


YOU HAVE AN BOOKING THE SAME DAY AS MY EVENT, BUT THAT EVENT IS A NIGHT EVENT. MY EVENT IS IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON. WOULD YOU BE AVAILABLE FOR ME?

No. We will not book two events for the same day.

We do this so we can provide all our focus on your event and to ensure the quality and care of our client’s needs.

However we do have partners that we can try to connect you with.


OUR EVENT IS NEXT WEEK. CAN YOU HELP?

This scenario happens more than you think. And as long as we are available, we can help.

  • Last minute ring rentals MUST BE PAID IN FULL to confirm the booking.
  • There is a 20% “Last-Minute Rental Fee” added to all last minute ring rentals (within 10 days of booking).
  • NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLED LAST-MINUTE RENTALS.

MY EVENT IS OUTSIDE. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

It is the responsibility of the event coordinator (you) to ensure the event is safe for all guests and talents.

In the event of inclement weather for outdoor events, Victory Pro Wrestling reserves the right to cancel the rental should the event coordinator not have adequate protection for all guests and talents.

We recommend that you secure tents or other protective covering that will cover our ring and protect your guests. Our ringside area is 24′ x 24′ and we request a minimum of 13′ clearance from ground to ceiling. This is not including what your guests would need to be protected.

We reserve the right to end rentals and/or performances early if the weather potentially causes a threat to the safety of the talents or guests, and if adequate weather protection is not secured by the client.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED IF WE MUST STOP THE EVENT DUE TO INADEQUATE PLANNING FOR WEATHER
