July 25, 2015:  The Firebird was unstoppable, and VsK’s frustration was growing match after match until finally, VPW Commissioner EJ Risk put VsK’s career on the line for one last shot to redeem himself.  Santi was on his way to victory when EJ Risk showed his true colors and attacked Santi, giving VsK a chance to reclaim the New York State Championship.

August 16, 2014:  Jorge Santi went from coast to coast in the 2014 Gold Rush Rumble, first qualifying for the Gold Rush main event, a fatal four-way elimination match, after drawing #2 in the 22-man over-the-top rumble, then by eliminating Ricky Reyes after VsK and Kevin Tibbs were eliminated to become the New York State Champion.

May 31, 2014:  In a championship against championship match, EJ Risk set to be the second Triple Crown champion in VPW and the first to hold all three championships and the King of New York.  After taking everything Kevin Tibbs had, he almost did just that, but a roll up changed history and Kevin Tibbs captured the New York State champion, the first dual champion in VPW history.

August 16, 2014: Kevin Tibbs put the New York State Championship on the line in a 22-man Gold Rush Rumble. While qualifying to the finals, Tibbs was unable to succeed after being pinned and eliminated by VsK.

February 8, 2014:  Both traded blows and several times Katana had the match won, but with underhanded tactics that the official caught each time. Risk also pulled out all the stops, giving Katana the fight of his life. It was all over when Katana hit the moonsault, but somehow Risk kicked out. Frustrated, Katana went for his high German suplex drop but Risk countered with a Victory roll to pick up the win.

May 18, 2013: Katana was the Fans’ Choice challenger to “K-Fresh” after an incredible double-count out at Spring Fever. Katana turned it up to overdrive, giving the champion a beating unlike any other, ending the match with a vicious variation of a rear naked choke, rendering Fulton unable to compete.
