Happy August, everyone!

Long Island has been in "Phase 4" for almost a month, and many of our neighbors are back to work.  However, Victory Pro Wrestling is still on the sidelines.

Under the current guidelines set forth by the State of New York, we fall under the category of "Professional Sports Competitions With No Fans."  This means we can return to action, but we would not be able to perform in front of a live audience.  This may work well for the New York Yankees and New York Mets, since fans can still watch them on TV, but that does not work well for local independant wrestling shows.

We are currently working on a game plan with the New York State Athletic Commission to see if there is another way we can perform for our fans in a fashion that still allows us to adhere to the regulations set forth by Governor Cuomo's office.  The feedback from the NYSAC is very positive and we are now looking to put the pieces together so we can get back to work for you.

Right now, all eyes in New York wrestling are on Binghamton, NY.  XCite Wrestling will be performing the first sanctioned event in New York State on August 22.  Victory Pro Wrestling is looking forward to their successful event paving the way for all of wrestling to return in New York.

We thank you for all your continued support and look forward to seeing you real soon.

Stay safe.
