Our 16ft x 16ft ring brings authenticity, excitement, and impact—turning any space into a main event arena.

ABOUT THE RING

RING SIZE SPECIFICATIONS

  • Wrestling Ring
    • 16′ x 16′ wrestling ring
    • Ring floor is 3′ from the ground
    • Ring posts stand at 7’4″ tall
    • Suggested clearance is no less than 13′ from floor to ceiling for indoor events
    • Total ringside area is 24′ x 24′ with Ringside mats
  • Set up time: 60 to 90 minutes

  • Sound System
    • 4 speakers with 3000w amplifiers
    • 2 Shure wireless microphones
    • Computer input via 1/8″ input jack
    • 1 Sound technician
  • Entrance truss with Curtains
    • 8 ft wide aluminum arch truss
    • Generic royal blue curtains
  • Entrance Lights
    • 8 LED spot lights controllable by sound or DMX
    • Lights to go on Entrance truss
  • House Lights
    • Four corner tripods with (4) LED spot lights per corner, controllable by sound or DMX
    • 1 Light technician
  • Steel Cage
    • Steel cage for 16′ x 16′ wrestling ring
    • (8) 8′ x 8′ panels to sit on the ring apron
    • Additional ring crew for steel cage assembly
    • Set up time: 45 minutes

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE?

Our primary rental schedule are Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We do offer weekday rentals as well, and all dates are subject to availability.


HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

Our home base is Long Island, New York. We have done rentals in Nassau and Suffolk Counties of Long Island, New York City, Downstate New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. We own our own truck, so we’re ready when you need us.


YOU HAVE AN BOOKING THE SAME DAY AS MY EVENT, BUT THAT EVENT IS A NIGHT EVENT. MY EVENT IS IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON. WOULD YOU BE AVAILABLE FOR ME?

No. We will not book two events for the same day.

We do this so we can provide all our focus on your event and to ensure the quality and care of our client’s needs.

However we do have partners that we can try to connect you with.


OUR EVENT IS NEXT WEEK. CAN YOU HELP?

This scenario happens more than you think. And as long as we are available, we can help.

  • Last minute ring rentals MUST BE PAID IN FULL to confirm the booking.
  • There is a 20% “Last-Minute Rental Fee” added to all last minute ring rentals (within 14 days of booking).
  • NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLED RENTALS.

MY EVENT IS OUTSIDE. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

It is the responsibility of the event coordinator (you) to ensure the event is safe for all guests and talents.

In the event of inclement weather for outdoor events, Victory Pro Wrestling reserves the right to cancel the rental should the event coordinator not have adequate protection for all guests and talents.

We recommend that you secure tents or other protective covering that will cover our ring and protect your guests. Our ringside area is 24′ x 24′ and we request a minimum of 13′ clearance from ground to ceiling. This is not including what your guests would need to be protected.

We reserve the right to end rentals and/or performances early if the weather potentially causes a threat to the safety of the talents or guests, and if adequate weather protection is not secured by the client.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED IF WE MUST STOP THE EVENT DUE TO INADEQUATE PLANNING FOR WEATHER
