At VPW TWENTY in Bay Shore, the champions retained the VPW Tag Team Championship under questionable circumstances after being caught using a baton during the match. Despite the blatant rule breaking, Security Inc. managed to escape with the victory and the titles intact.
Since that night, criticism has grown louder. Fans and challengers alike have questioned whether the champions can truly win without bending the rules.
Now a dangerous new threat has stepped forward.
Misery Inc., the hard hitting duo of Troy Locke and Vi Daniel, have built a reputation throughout the East Coast as one of the most unpredictable and relentless tag teams in the region. Training out of the World Wide Dojo under respected veterans Cheeseburger and Preacher, the team has sharpened its craft against some of the toughest competition on the independent scene.
Their resume already includes championship success in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Along the way, Misery Inc. has earned a reputation for its explosive offense and chaotic energy inside the ring.
