“Best Body In The Business…So The Ladies Say” Jason vs. “The Good Guy” Azrieal
The VPW Champion, Jason Static, has continued his path of total and utter dominance. Despite many challengers coming his way, Static has defeated every single one of them. Static’s last victim was Shark Boy. On July 11th, Jason Static will defend the VPW Championship against someone that he has never been in the ring with before, Azrieal. While Static has bested all of his opponents, facing a new challenger on the caliber of Azrieal may be too much to handle. Azrieal has made it known that he has two goals in VPW. The first goal is winning the VPW Championship. The second is ending Javi-Air’s VPW career. Javi-Air is not scheduled to be in the building, so it looks like all of his attention will be on Jason Static. Will Friday night, July 11th, see a new VPW Champion?? Will the rest of Best Bodies, Inc. do whatever it takes to make sure that their leader remains champion?? Find out at VPW!!!
VPW Tag Team Championship Match
“The Resurrection of Tag Team Wrestling” Eclipse (Jay Delta & Xandar Page) vs. ?????
After winning a grueling one night, single elimination tournament, Eclipse walked away as the first ever VPW Tag Team Champions. Now as their first title defense approaches, Eclipse don’t have any scheduled opponents. Most champions would want to know who they are facing ahead of time, but Eclipse have told VPW officials that they would like to issue a special challenge to a team live on July 11th. Eclipse is so confident that they truly are the best tag team out there, that they are not even properly training for this big night. VPW officials have no clue what team will be challenged, but it can be absolutely anybody on the VPW roster. Will it be team like Livewired or the Funky Fresh Boyz, that doesn’t already have a match? Or will it be a team like Pretty Poison or the Suburban SWAT Team, that already have scheduled matches? Maybe it won’t be any of those teams. One thing for certain is that Eclipse is sneaky and evil. There has to be something more to this plan of theirs. Who will face the champions?? Will Eclipse’s own arrogance be their downfall??
Triple Threat Match
“Ultra Sexy” Joe So Delicious vs. Mack Daddy Flexx vs. Zombie
Joe So Delicious has helped Jason Static retain his championship numerous times. There is no doubt that Delicious has always been there for Static. Two of the men that Delicious has screwed over in the past and prevented from winning the VPW Championship have been Mack Daddy Flexx and Zombie. Now, Joe So Delicious’ past may come back to haunt him as he will be in the ring with both men at the same time in a triple threat match. There will be one fall to a finish in this intense match. Both Zombie and Flexx have a long list of reasons why they’d like revenge over Joe Delicious, but these often allies will likely have to put their friendship aside when they step in the ring on July 11th. One would have to assume that VPW management will have a close eye on this huge match, as it will likely have number one contender ramifications. Find out who’s coming out on top on July 11th!!!
Special Challenge Match
Nick Noshus vs. Richie Tyler
Back in May, Richie Tyler made his VPW return after a lengthy absence. On that night, he defeated five other men in a wild match. On that same night, Nick Noshus was not at VPW. The undefeated Noshus was furious about Richie Tyler’s success in that match and felt that he was somewhat upstaged by Richie Tyler defeating that many opponents in one match. Noshus immediately petitioned VPW officials for a match against Tyler. After long discussions over the issue, Noshsus’ request has been granted. Nick Noshus says that he wants to add Richie Tyler’s name to his list of defeated opponents and defeat the man that beat five others in one match. Tyler is obviously on a hot streak and could very easily be the man to finally shut Noshus up and serve him his first loss. Will Noshus remain undefeated?? Or will Richie Tyler become just another victim of Nick Noshus??
Cruiserweight Action
Minyon vs. “Firebird” Jorge Santi
Two of the finest cruiserweights anywhere will finally compete one on one in a VPW ring. Minyon and Santi have a storied history in and out of VPW, and July 11th will be one more chapter as these two tear the house down!!
Tag Team Action
Pretty Poison (EJ Risk & Justin Toxic) w/ Tough Tommy vs. “Working Class Wrestler” Chopsaw & Nightmare w/ Gina Bella
The VPW tag team division has really been heating up lately. Both Pretty Poison and Chopsaw/Nightmare were eliminated in the first round of the VPW Tag Team Championship Tournament. Now, both teams are looking to get back on track and get in line for a title shot against Eclipse. This could be the match that gives on of these teams the big win. Pretty Poison will have their enforcer, Tough Tommy, at ringside. Nightmare and Chopsaw will have Gina Bella. Bella may prove to be a useful counter to Tough Tommy’s antics, but she may also prove to be what she’s been for months, a continued distraction for Chopsaw. What will happen in this important match?? Find out on July 11th.
Tag Team Grudge Match
VTG Enterprises w/ Vinny the Guido vs. Suburban SWAT Team (Johnny Suburban & Joey Everlast) w/ Mikey Old School
In this big match up, VTG Enterprises will be represented by Scotty Rio and Johnny “Muscles” Marinara. Back in May, VTG Enterprises got roughed up by Greg “The Hammer” Valentine and are on a mission of revenge. Fans and wrestlers alike were mocking them after their encounter with the WWE Hall of Famer. On the other end of the ring will be the extremely popular Suburban SWAT Team. The SST are on a mission to get back to the top of the VPW tag team division and get to Eclipse. Standing in their way are Vinny the Guido’s goons. Will the Suburban SWAT Team get one step closer to their main enemies?? Or will Vinny the Guido lead his team to redemption?? Will the mysterious Deli Man have anything to say about it??
Singles Competition
“Masculine Marvel” Sabotage vs. “Smooth Operator” Mike Gallagher w/ Ms. Terri
Mike Gallagher has been in VPW for a while now, but hasn’t had as much luck in the winning department as he has had with the ladies. Gallagher has been training hard and is looking for a big win against a top opponent. On July 11, The Smooth Operator will get that opportunity. The only catch is that his opponent is quite possibly the sneakiest member of the VPW roster, Sabotage. This Best Bodies, Inc. member will do absolutely anything it takes to win. Gallagher needs to be prepared for that reality and perhaps even approach the match in the same manner as his opponent. Find out what happens at VPW’s next exciting event!!!
Other VPW News:
VPW tag teams Livewired and the Funky Fresh Boyz will be in action on July 11th. It may be against Eclipse, it may be against each other, or it may even be against some other teams that have yet to debut. Either way, you can count on tag team wrestling at its finest!!!
Vinny the Guido causes trouble every time that he opens his mouth. That same mouth also gets Vinny into more trouble than he needs. With a bodyguard already in tow, Vinny the guido has taken things one step further and has retained a lawyer. This lawyer has not yet met with VPW officials, but it is understood that he will be accompanying Vinny the Guido everywhere he goes.
Sadly, Jerry Fitzwater will not be appearing at this upcoming VPW event. He is currently overseas at an undisclosed location getting his hair “beautified” in its semiannual treatment. Scheduling conflicts caused Fitzwater to choose VPW or his hair, and we all know how much he treasures his hair. Jerry Fitzwater will be back at the next VPW show in his usual capacity. In the meantime, it does appear that Mikey the Security Guard will be at VPW on July 11th!!!
Last show saw Deli Man shove a raw chicken down Vinny the Guido’s throat. What will he do this time?? Nobody knows, but expect anything to happen!!!
