When David Graham burst onto the Victory Pro Wrestling scene at the 2024 Gold Rush Rumble, he arrived with confidence, charisma, and controversy. Now calling himself “The Veteran,” Graham claims to have grown up in VPW since he was six years old, studying the greats and preparing for this very moment. His talent and athleticism were undeniable, but so was his arrogance. After defeating JJ Doze to earn the coveted #20 spot in the 2025 Gold Rush Rumble, Graham’s stock skyrocketed – and so did his ego.

Graham stood alongside two of VPW’s most cunning and opportunistic stars – former VPW Champion Leo Sparrow and former New York State Champion Jack Tomlinson. For Graham, winning isn’t about honor – it’s about dominance, legacy, and proving he’s destined to lead the next generation of VPW.

But standing in his way is a man who knows him better than anyone: Brother Greatness. A 13-year veteran trained by The Amazing Red, Brother Greatness has spent years preaching the power of faith and perseverance both inside and outside the ring. Long before becoming a fixture in VPW, he began his journey as an intern for the company back in 2012, working behind the scenes before earning his way between the ropes. Since his VPW debut in 2021, his mission has been clear – to inspire others through competition and to one day capture the VPW New York State Championship.

The twist? David Graham was once under his guidance. Brother Greatness helped mentor and shape Graham’s path in wrestling, instilling discipline and humility. But now, that student has turned his back on those lessons, embracing arrogance and deceit to fast-track his rise.

This isn’t just a match, it’s a battle for identity and redemption. Brother Greatness wants to remind his former student that integrity and faith are worth more than championships. David Graham wants to prove that those ideals are outdated – that power, not piety, wins in the end.

When mentor meets protégé, it’s more than a clash of styles – it’s a collision of values. Will Brother Greatness redeem the man he once taught? Or will David Graham prove that faith has no place in his vision of victory?
