Officer Ronald Moses and Guard Dog Malcom Murray of Security Inc expected a moment worthy of their dominance. Instead, their official championship celebration quickly unraveled. Commissioner Kevin Fulton organized the event to honor the newly crowned champions. But he also extended an invitation that changed everything.

The rising duo of Diego Alvarez and Big Lex Lozano made their VPW debut in Connecticut last year and wasted little time making an impression. Confident, composed and unafraid of confrontation, they arrived at the ceremony during King of New York uninvited in spirit, even if their names were on the list. Before the champions could properly address the crowd, Guapo Suave inserted themselves into the spotlight.

What began as a celebration became a declaration of war. Guapo Suave staked their claim and were granted a tag team championship opportunity at VPW Before the Storm on Friday, March 13 in Bay Shore. Now the belts are officially on the line.
