BAY SHORE NY – The VPW Women’s Championship will be on the line at Haunted Ground when Amity LaVey defends her title against a woman who has already proven she will stop at nothing to get it back, Temptatious Tiphani Grady. On Saturday, Oct. 10, Pro Game Sports becomes the battleground for a championship rivalry fueled by betrayal, anger and unfinished business.
At Rising Stars in September, LaVey stepped into the ring against Amiira Sahar with another title defense in her sights. Before the match could reach its conclusion, Grady stormed into the fight, attacking the champion and forcing officials to throw the contest out.
The attack sent a clear message to the reigning champion, who has built momentum through a series of successful defenses. Known as the “Doctor’s Favorite Patient,” LaVey has survived every challenge placed in front of her, but Grady’s ambush struck a different nerve.
Now Grady is returning to Long Island for the first time since losing the VPW Women’s Championship. With manager Silk E Smooth at her side, Grady has made it clear that she intends to reclaim what she believes belongs to her.
LaVey will enter Haunted Ground with the championship around her waist and revenge on her mind. Grady enters with one goal: take the title back, and if Silk E Smooth can tip the scales, stopping her may take everything LaVey has.
